Generally, there are two ways to obtain nano-powders. A bottom-up manufacturing method (bottom up) for chemical methods, such as chemical precipitation, sol-gel process (sol-gel),... 1、控温;
2、选择合适的剪切力;
3、优化设备和选项,如纳米棒销式砂磨机,选用较小锆球适用于团聚体的分散;
4、避免污染,在分散过程中尽量避免引入杂质,避免影响其性能。
5、控制粒度,可在分散过程中,加如在线粒度分析,可以很好的检验细度和配方的优劣。
6、后期干燥工艺的考虑。
