Horizontal Disk Grinding Machines

采用通过式研磨的主要原理：部分物料对粒度分布比较敏感，只需达到所需细度及体积比，因此采用此种研磨方式，只需控制研磨能量的输入和物料在研磨腔停留时间，并可得到所需的粒度分布要求
主要方式：固态颗粒在分散釜内搅拌或分散一定时间后，经过充分润湿通过进料泵投入到研磨腔中，为达到理想的粒度要求，特别是对颗粒度的细度或比表面积要求特别细的条件，经过多次的往复循环剪切，达到所需的产品性能..
主要面对的固态颗粒物料：如大批次、对D90、D50等粒度分布数据有要求，因现有的技术条件还无法满足在线粒度检测，需要研磨后立即进行检测，在检测的同时需要停机，此时研磨采用间歇式研磨比较合适。 
为在现较好的产品分布的一致性和产品线性扩大生产，在符合研磨工艺可达到所需要去的前提下，可串联一台、两台、三台等，改研磨方式可以保证所生产的产品高度的粒度分布一致性，从而保证了产品的性能。
