Generally, there are two ways to obtain nano-powders. A bottom-up manufacturing method (bottom up) for chemical methods, such as chemical precipitation, sol-gel process (sol-gel),... 砂磨机、特别是纳米砂磨机常常因为粉料粒径和粉料网缝隙的不匹配导致堵塞,影响了研磨效率,增加了工作量。常见的解决方法如下:
1.在混料罐或物料缸出料口增加简易过滤装置,如Y型过滤器,膜片式过滤器,篮式过滤器,自动带刮板过滤器等,将大颗粒过滤掉。
2.进行粗磨,有些粉料粒度分布宽,可以增加1台粗磨砂磨机,对粉料粗加工,如:气流粉碎、干式球磨粉碎、湿法砂磨机粉碎等。
3.超声研磨,有些粉料本身属于团聚体,只需增加1台超声即可将大颗粒打开。
4.均质泵或乳化泵,投入成本低,效率高,增加在混料罐旁,几个循环即可将混料罐内粉体很好的分散和均质。
5.在出料口分离网内增加超声器,这种方案有一定效果,但有其局限性,当粗颗粒达到一定比例时,研磨珠来不及粉碎,大颗粒仍会堵筛网。
