目前国内砂磨机技术主要是改革开放对材料细度和粒度分布要求,由国外引入,逐步国产化的一个过程,砂磨工艺通过氧化锆球等对材料的研磨粉碎可以大大提高产品物理性能和化学性能。
从地域分:主要有德系砂磨机、瑞士砂磨机、日韩砂磨机等。
从研磨腔安装方式分:立式砂磨机和卧式砂磨机。立式砂磨机主要是砂磨机研磨腔为垂直方向,优点是可以大大延长轴封的使用寿命,缺点是限制了研磨腔容积的放大能力。卧式砂磨机主要是研磨腔安装为水平方向,其优点是研磨腔容积可以放大到3000L,可以满足大型矿物质和电池材料大产能的研磨。
从结构上分:盘式砂磨机、棒销式砂磨机、涡轮式砂磨机及衍生产品。盘式砂磨机大多数是追求大产能;棒销式砂磨机主要体现在效率和细度优势上。
从分离系统分:有网筛砂磨机、无网筛砂磨机;有网筛砂磨机主要在分离端有个分离网;无网筛砂磨机是在分离端有一个离心分级盘,一般卧式砂磨机还需要装一台电机和一套机械密封,立式砂磨机则不需要,主要缺点是适用浆料有一定要求,考虑浆料比重、粘度、泵的选择、泵速都有较高的要求,否则容易漏珠。
从砂磨机研磨腔材料分:金属硬质合金钢研磨腔、聚氨酯研磨腔、陶瓷研磨腔;陶瓷研磨腔又分为碳化硅陶瓷、氮化硅陶瓷和氧化锆陶瓷,材质不同和制造工艺不同,使用寿命也区别很大。
未来中国砂磨机主要向细度小、粒度分布窄、智能化、能耗低的方向发展。
