1.D99细度要小于1微米,避免大颗粒导致浇模和烧结时产生裂纹;
2.纳米砂磨机研磨后的氧化锆粉的纯度要达到99.999%,俗称5个9.
3.研磨腔接触物料部分必须采用氧化锆陶瓷转子、内衬、端盖,甚至机械密封也要改成氧化锆陶瓷的;
4.输送管道必须采用PTFE或聚氨酯材质,避免金属离子的带入;
5.输送泵需要采用美国进口英格索兰的聚四氟塑料泵;
6.车间需要达到食品级标准。
7.出料后必须除磁除铁等金属离子工艺。
