Product inlet via rotor / immersion tube system prevents back flow of grinding media into the feed line.
Generally, there are two ways to obtain nano-powders. A bottom-up manufacturing method (bottom up) for chemical methods, such as chemical precipitation, sol-gel process (sol-gel),... 1.拆卸前准备工作,包括断水、断电、断气,准备拆装工具;
2.若有支撑导轨支架,只需拆除出料口端盖螺丝,水平拉出即可;
3.若无导轨支架,侧需要吊装,用安全绳固定好研磨腔,避免滑落,损坏陶瓷桶
4.因为陶瓷材料易碎性,要轻拿轻放。
5.用水将研磨腔锆珠清理干净。
6.用压缩空气将残留的锆球吹扫干净。
7.注意螺栓孔内不能残留锆球。
